- Where the stone has a heart…….

The house “La Casavecchia” (”Old House”), consisting of seven apartments, is a stone structure dating back to the year 1400; it has been thoroughly rebuilt and reconstructed by qualified Florence artisans.

Patience and rigorous selection of the materials united with the concept of bio-construction allowed us to maintain the antique splendors of the building, combining it with the comfort of the modern life.

The house consists of 7 apartments, a kitchen, dining halls, and the office where you will be received.

The water used both for the apartments and for the swimming pool comes from our well drilled at the depth of over 250 m in order to be able to obtain very clean and microbiologically controlled water.

Near the swimming pool you can see our olive grove (biologically certified) where grow the 2200 olive trees that allow us to manufacture and sell superb olive oil.

At our orchard grow various vegetables, medical herbs, cooking and aromatic herbs which we use at our kitchen.

We also dedicate ourselves with passion to our small factory where our little guests can know better the animals.
