BOOKING PROCEDURES

At the time of booking we require a confirmatory deposit of 50% of the stay cost that can be paid by a credit card or a bank transfer.

The balance must be paid at departure - in cash, by credit card or bancomat

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards.

CANCELLATION FEE FOR THE CANCELLATION OF A BOOKING

Cancellation fee of 50% of the stay cost will be applied to the cancellations requested between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fee of 70% of the stay cost will be applied to the cancellations requested between 29 and 1 day prior to arrival.

 Cancellation fee of 100% of the stay cost will be applied in case of non arrival without warning.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME

Arrival time is from 16.00 till 19.00, unless specified otherwise

Departure time is before 10.00, unless specified otherwise
