L’Ozio in Collina (“Idleness on the Hill”) would like to present itself as a place for rest and relaxation, and our hospitality philosophy is based on the idea of being closest possible to fulfilling the necessities of a modern traveler in any season of the year.

Rental options 

•  Apartment rental is available in “Bed&Breakfast” option, or in “Half pension” option.
•  Complex rental of a whole structure to families or to person groups, that can be provided in complete autonomy, or in one of the following options: “Bed&Breakfast” or “Half pension”.

Check in and Check out 

•  Check-in from 15:00
•  Check-out till 11:00 (unless specified otherwise)

Online booking

After submitting the "Information request" form you will receive the confirmation mail with the confirmation of your stay, and the payment instructions.

Upon reservation confirmation you will be kindly asked to pay in advance 50% of your stay  – that can be done by a credit card of one of the most popular issuers, by a bank transfer or a mail order.

Cancellation fee for the cancellation of a booking 

Cancellation of the reservation will incur a cancellation fee

Cancellation fee of 50% of the stay cost for the cancellations confirmed between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fee of 70% of the stay cost for the cancellations confirmed between 29 and 1 day prior to arrival.

Cancellation fee of 100% of the stay cost  for non arrival without warning.
